Join us for a screening of "Lady Sings the Blues" (1972) starring Diana Ross as Billie Holiday, with Billy Dee Williams and Richard Pryor. The UWM Repertoire Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Dave Bayles and featuring vocal soloists Zamira Castillo-Santos, Karina Rodriguez, Nadia Dorsey and Fern Frey, will perform four Billie Holiday tunes at the event.
